𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙆𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙪𝙢𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙣 𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙚

 It started with a very small cut on her face few months ago but her owner neglected their responsibility to take Kuning to get a proper treatment at the vet clinic.  She was left untreated for months , it become severely infected and become a chronic wounds. The irresponsible owner must had thought that it was just a small wound and they shouldn't be worry too much , but they didn't aware that even a minor flesh wound can cause dormant cancer cells to develop into tumor.  The surgery to removed all of the dead tissues and wound dressing was performed by the vet. 3 chemotherapies sessions were also done during her 3 weeks treatment course at Klinik haiwan & surgeri Tuaran. Even though that Kuning's condition consider severe but it still can be treated and have a positive prognosis.  We received a report about a young female stray dog that was hit by a car and broke both of her back legs. She was found by the staff of the petshop near Jalan Sulaman , Kota Kinabalu who made an effort to rescue the poor puppy and keep her safe in their shop while waiting for help. Our team responded to this case and rescuer rushed to the location to take the puppy straight to Klinik haiwan & surgeri Tuaran for immediate treatment Echo the dog was very lucky to have her life spared, but we were sad to found out that her X-ray result showed fractured bones on 3 places on both of her hind legs. In order to save her legs , vet decided to use the metal plates and screws for the internal fixation of the fractures.  The goal of fracture repair surgery is to put the bones back where they belong and to hold them there very rigidly until they heal. 𝘽𝙤𝙗 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘽𝙄𝙂 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙙

  Bob the cat was found by a member of public with huge wound which already infected with hundreds of flesh-eating maggots in Kepayan , Sabah. Half of his ear has been eaten alive by the maggots , he lost his right ear and left him in severe pain. The informer has no idea on how did the poor cat ended up in such condition because when she found him in her area , poor Bob was already weak with the awful injury on his head The lady who found him reported the case to us and safely handed the cat to our rescuer then rushed him to the vet for immediate treatment. A medicine liquid was dripped over the wound and maggot started popping out and moggots were immediately removed from his flesh using a forcep.  The infected tissue was removed before they properly clean the massive open wound. Antibiotic was applied on the wound , gauze was placed against the wound to absorb blood and other fluids the wrapped it with bandage to protect against infection.
