ALIR Shelter

We were inform by concern public (Jistasika Jess) about this dog yesterday and only manage to rescue this poor dog this morning at 6.30am (29th May 2015) ...   This dog was found with swollen face n maggots inside her right cheek ... and her body is full of fleas ..   We decided to name her , HOPE coz we really2 hope that she will make it and she did . This is Pekan , the dog with severe skin problem from Pekan Kota Belud which we rescued on 1st May 2015. He tried to escape few times since we rescued him , but as the times goes .. he started to trust us , he let us touch him .. let us clean his infected body. I bet he too wanna be cured ... few months past .. u can see from the photo below .. he is a handsome dog now ^_^

A.L.I.R received msg from Venice few days ago about the puppies in her Taman and requested us to find a family for the poor puppies.  Manage to rescued all puppies today (26th April 2015) with help from Venice herself and directly sent those puppies to their new family.  We are happy coz these puppies finally have a 2nd chance n won't have to be strays for the rest of their life.  Big Thank you to Venice for her concern .. and Thank u for taking care of the puppies while they were on the street.  God bless Venice and Family ... same goes to Mr Joseph and his family from Inanam for willing to welcome these babies into thier family.  Its Another Happy ending ... 3 Puppies rescued from Lok Kawi Height Apartment ! These 3 puppies fell into the drain n found by Sis Ivy Oming (There were 4 puppies but 1 missing after the heavy rain yesterday) ... Sis Ivy n her family stay in the apartment n can't bring the puppies home (as its a standard rules in every apartment where Pet Not Allowed), so she decided to seek advice n help from A.L.I.R. We reached Lok Kawi Height Apartment around 1 pm today (25th April 2015) and our young rescuer (Cristiano Dee @ Ayie) rescued the little puppies from the drain with the help from his Granddad (Mr Phllip)  -- > Cristiano Dee @ Ayie , 8 years old is Mr Aldrin n Dd's 2nd son. A young dog lovers who been living n grow up with dogs since he was just a little baby.  We wanna Thank Sis Ivy Oming for her concern towards the unfortunate dogs n puppies in the area and Thank u so much for the generous donation from Sis Ivy Oming , Magdaline Oming and Marian Oming. (23/4/15) 8 puppies and a mamadog rescued by this group of concern n kind hearted UMS students from their hostel's compound.  Just look at the happy faces ... it's a happy ending.  Thank u to all the UMS students who've involve in the rescue mission.   The mamadog and her 8 puppies were sent to ALIR shelter and all puppies had found their new home 1 month after we rescued them and the mamadog (we named her Brownie) was spayed , in good health and still at the shelter.  Every creatures deserve a 2nd chance. God bless these kind soul. ^_^
