Please Help Recka , The Dog That Was Found With A Rope Tied Tightly Around Her Neck 

We received a report about a dog with a huge wound on neck and rope still tied tightly around her neck by few followers who saw the photo and a video of the poor dog that was shared in Facebook.



The poor dog has been in such painful and heartbreaking condition since few months ago and the residents in the area have been trying to catch the dog to remove the wire but she was too scared of people and ran away everytime they went near her.

Feeding her was least they can do to help the dog while seeking help from social media by posting videos and photos of the dog. We responded to this case and 2 rescuers was assigned to search and rescue this dog. 


The dog that our rescuer named Recka was seen sleeping under a car when they arrived at the location , but she ran away as soon as she realized that they came to catch her. After over 15 minutes of trial , she was finally captured and taken her straight to Klinik Haiwan & Surgeri Tuaran.



The damaged to her neck was horrendous . Rope still tightly tied around her neck and maggots had burrowed deep into her flesh , leave a huge severely infected open wound on her neck. 


Recka was rushed to the operation room and the canine underwent a surgery to remove the rope from her neck. The wounds have also been carefully cleaned to prevent further damage and Recka has been on her pain medication , antibiotics and fluids to help treat her injuries. 









Recka is lucky to be rescued and still alive even though she likely spent months on the street in such painful condition. Now she finally has the opportunity to heal and find happiness.

Please help Recka's extensive medical bills which in total of RM950 and we need help from 950 kind hearted animal lovers to donate RM1 per person to Recka's treatment fund.

 S.O.S !!! Help needed for Pororo the cat with broken , wounded legs and sporo infection. We received a heartbreaking message from a volunteer who discovered this cat with several wounds and a fractured hind leg in Putatan, Sabah.  Pororo, the cat, was safely turned over to our staff after the first vet at another pet clinic declined to treat him. The cat was near death, suffering from agony, weakness, and extreme dehydration. Pororo's organ was going to shut down owing to dehydration, but thank goodness he arrived at the clinic on time.
