Philosopy The Cat Found & Rescued With A Huge Wound On Her Neck

We were alerted to Philosopy by the member of public who was feeding her and she showed up with severe injury on her neck.

The next morning she managed to contain the cat in her property and contacted us straight away. Rescuer was sent to her location and sent the cat to Klinik Haiwan & Surgery Tuaran for immediate treatment.

She looked in quite a lot of pain , see wasn't comfortable but the vet managed to treat her right away.

The wound might had started off as a cat bite abscess which is quite common in cats especially the homeless cats. It actually quite necrotic when she came in , there was a lot of dead tissue around and a lot of pus. The wound was badly infected.

The vet started treating her with antibiotic injection , some anti - inflammatories and pain relief medication because she's in painful condition.

She was put on general anaesthetic so that the vet could clean it out and get all the pus out then continue with treatment before he was discharged from the vet clinic. Philosopy is still on her road to recovery and we need 26 kind hearted animal lovers to donate RM10 per person so we can reach the total of RM260 for Philosopy's treatment fees.

His owner decided to leave him to die without getting the treatment he desperately needed. Tigger arrived at the clinic with severe injuries and in extreme pain. His X-ray images revealed that he broke both of his femur bones, and the vet explained that the surgery to repair the broken thigh is complicated and expensive, and it takes a few months for Tigger to fully heal. S.O.S !!! Help needed for Pororo the cat with broken , wounded legs and sporo infection. We received a heartbreaking message from a volunteer who discovered this cat with several wounds and a fractured hind leg in Putatan, Sabah. Pororo, the cat, was safely turned over to our staff after the first vet at another pet clinic declined to treat him. The cat was near death, suffering from agony, weakness, and extreme dehydration. Pororo's organ was going to shut down owing to dehydration, but thank goodness he arrived at the clinic on time. The X-ray results revealed that he had broken one of his hind legs, and the wound on the other hind leg was seriously infected, with maggots still consuming his rotting flesh.
